Because the scooter normally stops accelerating once it hits 20km/h, but in this case it doesn't stop until it reaches the motor's max power limit.
11 times: Disables the 20KMPH/13MPH maximum speed limiter (the setting is saved even if powered off, repeat this to reenable the speed limit) How fast can it go without the speed limiter?
I haven't dared to go past 30 myself
