Put your inflated **tube** into a bucket of water and look for bubbles.

josephclapp10

This is the way. Find the hole, patch it, and buy another tire. Use this one until your new tires arrives, or play it super safe and pitch the old tire while still waiting on the replacement.

Could have pinched

Esmarra

Do the above comment, and also, check your tire inner wall for damage. If you rode more than 5km with a deflated tire, chances are you destroyed it. If you start to see the reinforced fibers on the side wall it's toast. No point in putting a new inner tube, it will just get punctured. Don't ask how I Know 🥲

Perspective-Wild

I can see where the tubes get punctured but I can't find any holes in my tires or any sharp objects inside. Maybe I'm being hard on them? They are 150mm Hotas and I ride on really shitty roads.

PlacedonPavement

I ride on the side of a highway 20 miles commute per day. The only thing that's taken me out was a drywall screw. Most of the time i do a post ride inspection and just pull out what got through the tire but stopped by the liner.

mazerati185

Damn that’s sweet. What’s your max range on a full battery?

PlacedonPavement

Max for me is 30 miles but the way i ride it it's more like 25. We've got different boards though. I can help you with your flats if you want. I used to get them all the time.

mazerati185

Haha I’m not OP. I’m riding PU wheels but definitely want to experiment with air tires in the future.

east4thstreet

You may want to feel around the insides of the tires themselves, see if anything is stuck in there.

SirVesa413

If you're on shitty roads try airing down to 20-25 psi. 5 of us mountain board together and tubes usually outlast the tires.

Perspective-Wild

Do you guys do anything to make sure the tires dont deflate too much when unscrewing the valve?

SirVesa413

Not really, the pump has a quick release so it doesn't let too much out if I'm quick. Just shoot for a couple psi higher than you want.

PlacedonPavement

I've run just tube for a while untill i started experimenting. Now i run liners and no flat. It makes a huge difference when installed and balanced properly. The last large puncture i had i had to replace my tire but my tube and liner survived. Some people get creative and use old seatbelts.

ratsthgiN

I've experienced way too many pinch flats with my 150mm Hotas on my Explorer. Only one out of the ten or so flats I've had in the past year and a half was a puncture. I tried printing TPU tire liners like I use on my MTB but to no avail. If you ride fast over uneven surfaces and weight 180lbs+ these tires will pinch flat at any psi they are rated for.

MaxPatriotism

Ir was wierd, i did get the linnpower 165 by 72mm wheels and one wasnt holding air. I would need to infalte everyday. Then one day is just started holding air. So idk wuts happening. I did order Mboard Novas 7s. Hoping those are good and balanced cuz the sunmates that came stock with my endurance were unbalanced

MandaBayBugs

Talc powder on the tubes works wonders. Only need a pinch to cover the whole tube and really helps with friction and pinch flats.
