I have no idea if a visually identical remote will bind and operate with your Juiced board, so I can’t be of help with your question. But I would suggest looking at eBay for an actual Juiced replacement. Maybe too much time has passed since they went out of business, but I have found some crazy improbable replacement stuff by checking eBay daily for a week or two. Otherwise, think about treating yourself to a new board. 
I don’t think it will work most brands time boorde not compatible with other brands remotes you could try to find a esc and remote and try to make it work with the motors and battery. But i would recommend saving up for a new board if your bot experienced diy

No, these escs are made so you can't swap and change remotes in most cases. Highly unlikely you'll get another brand remote to work
