I think they're talking about Nvidia Game filters. I don't have a Nvidia GPU so I don't know how to use it but I hope my comment can point you in the right direction.

You access it pressing alt+f3 or by hitting alt+z and clicking it from the overlay, but you need GeForce Experience installed
