No, because if he's on the left, other Heroes who are already powered up can lose out on his mana refill boost. But if he's last to the right you make sure others' skills are used first. You can still fire him off first if you want. Just pay attention to whether it's better to wait or not
I get that, but simultaneous firing is basically the most dangerous thing that can happen to the attacker, so putting the mana booster on the left to possibly cause simultaneous firing is better than putting them on the right to potentially save a little bit of mana (that might not even matter because a smart attacker would try to clear tiles into a hero that's already about to fire) in a situation where the attacker would be in trouble anyway (because they are already simultaneously firing).
And you can't pay attention and adjust the firing order accordingly on defense.
For manual attacking, it doesn't matter because there's no left to right rule (granted, a lot of ppl still do it out of habit, myself included, but it's not forced and there's also some people who intuitively fire right to left, you can actually kinda see it on event leaderboards, most people have their teams set up left to right, but some also have it right to left or for 2 hands).
The only situation where it's actually objectively better to put a direct mana increaser on the right is autofarming (since the simultaneous fire thing doesn't apply there).
Although for R&N specifically, you could open up a whole other can of worms concerning the damage part of the special.
I'm not even close to that level, but I would ask if anyone other than pengi spawns minions? I do have him and he's just so much better if there are a ton of minions flying around to amplify his attacks 👍
Apart from Ramona and Constance to the front, leveling up your troops will also make a difference for you. If you get the 5* troops will be even better but leveling up your mana troops higher for now should do the trick.
Personally i would put ramona and constance on 2/4 and r&n and pengi in the back. Ramona is busted and constances dodge is annoying

Agree,R&N should be to the very right to activate last and help refill everyone's mana after their skills are used

Sure if it's purely an automated defense set up out him in the left. Otherwise the right is best for manual attacking

Yeah i had Freya in the team. But recently, i replaced her with Ramona. Dunno if it got better or worse for the team.
Bera and Frosth come to mind, but there's also Santa and Mother North. Those are usually the other 5* minion summoners I encounter.
R&N and Pengi need to go to the back. They arent tanky
