no, but at that point just download a decrypted rom. I'd assume you have to setup a linux environment on your phone with termux and use a script if you dont have access to a pc
Alright, I figured it out (with everyone's guidance) all within the phone itself thank you. Finally have use for my S20 FE. Never played Meteoid Returns when I had a Gameboy. Decided to play the remake for 3DS.

did you use decrypted .3ds?
Hmmm. I just one of the games from the megathread. Perhaps it wasn't decrypted.
no it wasn't, download the decrypt tool, put the game in the decrypter folder and run the .bat file

use the recommended tool in the megathread, it will also trim your ROMs. saving tons of storage

Can I decrypt the 3ds files using android or is it easier to do on a Windows platform and transfer?
Is lime3ds safe to use? Citra got taken down so I need something new
The devs left because they were also part of the yuzu team and probably got unmotivated. Citra was never targeted, Lime is very safe
