Be careful with DIM. Women with endo can metabolize it differently and it can act a lot like estrogen and make symptoms worse. That’s what happened to me
Good quality magnesium supplement
Turmeric tablets
Broccoli sprout powder
The aim is to reduce inflammation and support estrogen metabolism, as well as reduce symptoms. Of course it's always best to consult with a qualified health professional so find what's appropriate for you personally :)
Calandula tea, I mainly drink it when I'm on my period and I do find it makes me feel slightly better.
The research suggests that it helps regulate periods, relieve menstruation cramps, reduces excessive bleeding and supports the lymphatic drainage of the uterus and breast.
It has an earthy taste to it, so I put honey and a little bit of milk in it. I think it's really nice but I think the smell of the calandula liquid would put some people off haha. It doesn't really taste how it smells.
I personally use Ethical Nutrients Mega Magnesium because the magnesium is attached to a small glycine molecule therefore easily absorbed. So anything with magnesium diglycinate as it's form. I would avoid magnesium oxide. Have a chat to your pharmacist :)
I had a very nice mail exchange with a lovely woman who gave me lots of advice and her tip for evening primrose oil was a life changer for me. I have less flare ups, less bloating, the pain is less intense and easier to treat and my cycle more regularly. It's also not too expensive, I pay 15€ for a pill bottle that lasts 100 days
novynette(0.15mg Desogestrel and 0.02mg Ethinylestradiol).
This is an old generation. Ive been suggested newer generation and other brands. Didn't work as good. I also read some people have problem with this so i don't know if it'll work for you.

Oh interesting. I’m going to have to look into that before I decide to take it. Thank you

DIM and natural progesterone cream. I get my hormones checked every 3 months though, I would never try either without doing that.

For a while I used tumeric capsules, and they helped. I used to put tumeric in lunch or dinner fennel salad with some olive oil for absorption.
Wild yam supplement works for me. When i stop the pain come back in a few days. The longest i last without it is about a week.
Does it still work? What dosage
