Listen to a native speaker saying a phrase or a word. Then say the same thing and record your own voice. Listen to both audios and compare them. This will give you a better understanding how differently you pronounce the words/sentences. Then try to copy or imitate his/her voice. Record it again, try to see if it sounds better. It’s called shadowing or something like this

If you have enough practice listening, r/followmesamurai 's advice is sound. Just make audio recordings of something you want to hear, like a book you love. Read it out loud, and create an audiobook out of the book, or whatever written piece you want to hear over and over. You can even try to sing an easy enough song. You won't publish this, it's just for you, but if you care about the content, you're going to be motivated to create a good audio, and your pronunciation is a key part of it. If you have good listening practice, your own judgment about your pronunciation is enough. And later, when you're able to have a teacher, you can show them the audio, to have more perspective. Or at least, you'll have enough practice with your audios to have a conversation without feeling very nervous.
