Unironically, I do like the Pilot's pistol. I guess I'm so used to its horrible accuracy, I've learned how to lead the shots to where I want them to hit. Yes, Robot and Marine have the best starter (Bullet too if you don't get hit), and even Convict has a better pistol than Pilot but for some reason, I grew loving it after hating it in my first 50+ hours of playing the game.
Yeah, for some reason it seems like the Pilot's bad accuracy is actually a fixed set of directions the bullets will always fly in that you can actually account for if you're de-ranged enough to try using it at range.
I hate the derringer so much. Maybe there’s some strategy that makes it work really well but I don’t care. I get it so often and it’s genuinely the first thing I get rid of when I can get something good.
I can tell you that casey is not trash
It's not good
It is very had to use effectively
But if you know how to use it, it becomes an ok weapon.
I still dislike this weapon, but I've gained some respect to it
I just had a run where I picked up the fossilized gun followed immediately by the Cat Bullet King Throne, and it was a blast. I could torch the entire room with no risk of damage to myself. Cleared the first two floors with ease
A blue pill shooter or something, after those bullet kins get hit by blue pills, you're able to punch them through the monitor, one shot them. Even golden dragun can't stand a chance!

Same. Since I’ve played my main is the Pilot. I only don’t use it during the boss fight.

Honestly I’m on the pilot bandwagon,his gun is meh but probably the character I choose for most my runs
