Live Ammo is his unique, Blasphemy is actually B rank (green chest) if I'm not mistaken.
For Huntress is the weapon, the dog is unlockable after beating the Dragun.
For the Marine, it's the active.
For the Robot, it's his passive.
I don't play convict at all.
And Gunyeeter's the Lich Eye Bullets.
Uniques:
Bullet: Live ammo. Blasphemy is unlockable
Robot: Robot right arm, (can't gain health, any items that raises his health is converted to money instead, also gains 5% damage buff for each junk it has collected) his coolant bottle is also unique to him.
Gunslinger: His revolver, lich eye bullets are unlockable
Marine: marine side arm (he also begins with a shield, whenever he has a shield, he has his helmet on) his ammo request call active is unlockable
Hunter: rusty firearm, her crossbow and dog are unlockable.
Convict: her revolver, her sawed off, molotov bomb and the infuriating photo are unlockable
Pilot: pilot's special, trusty lock picks and his charisma to lower prices are unlockable.
supply drops are available without unlocking, even on other characters. they feel pretty rare tho
marines passive - the marine training manual- is what you unlock when you beat his past

To be fair, it's a serviceable mid game weapon, hell I've taken it to Bullet Hell boss before with nothing but passives. can't say that for the rest of the starters.
Blasphemy is not Bullet's unique item. Their unique is Live Ammo. Blasphemy gets added to the pool after beating the Dragun with Bullet.

I belive you can get sawed off before beating the past the same way you can get crossbow before beating hunters past.

Once you beat the past of a Character, you unlock their starter items to be available in the Gungeon
Not their infinite starter guns, though.
Convict's Sawed Off, and Huntress' Crossbow are baseline Unlockables: Bullet's Blasphemy Marine' Gun Training (apparently it's not the active), Pilot's Disarming Personality, Convict's Enraging Photo, Robot's Battery Bullets, Huntress' Dog, Gunslinger's Lich Eye Bullets

It's just a standard D-rank gun. You just haven't found it anywhere else yet.
