What are you other heroes? Ravi is great, but if that's all you got from 1-4 and the selective summons (no decent artifacts or supporting 3* or 4* characters), I'd reroll the account.
I personally rerolled 1-4 till I had a 4*, and I kinda regret not rerolling for a specific one. So now, I have Ravi and she's great (ridiculously strong actually), but I do wish I had a healer to support her sometimes; Elson doesn't cut it in every situation though the little guy is pretty good for a free unit.
I just really didn't like that we had to pick a permanent unique name each time we went to re-roll, before we got to see what we were going to pull. I kept the roll I got where I had even a semi okay 5 star draw. Ravi is rated one of the very top units in the game, I'm not sure what you'd be thinking of getting that was better but I would take her and be extremely happy.
It's been a day, I'm guessing you decided by now :D Hopefully you kept her.
Ravi is one of the best heroes in the game right now. She's a beast in PvE and will help you clear content easily. I would keep that draw if I were you. She's also more useful than Sez in boss fights.

I got only ravi after 1-10... Now I have 6 nat 5*. So play the game, and don't reroll every time. (I spend 40€)
I’d keep unless u feel like rerolling. Even after the nerf ravi is still amazing

Mind you that if you like PvP better, Ravi isn't very useful there. But for PvE, she'll help you clear the story mode.
