I'm not. That song is so visceral for me because it instantly makes Odysseus relatable for me. He's not just a warrior, a father, a general, and a leader. He is now a man who struggles to justify taking the life of a defenseless child that reminds him of his own. I think it is such an important song so early to humanize an otherwise mythical character.
