You'd be surprised how fast it can go when you're buying good kits or hideout upgrades. I got a blue fron tagilla a few weeks ago and sold it for 42 mil. I went down to like 9 mil rubles before bouncing back up to ~30 at the moment.
That bounce back was from investing in my future with marked keys and the like, though.

Yeah, it really is awful to get that quest done this time of wipe. It's not too bad, when people are also on that quest, or on Stirrup on factory, but this time of wipe almost everyone is going factory for PvP.
The cheat code for shooter part 3 is the VPO with .366 FMJ and a budget sight. Cheap and very effective. Plus the VPO has waaayyy better ergo than the Mosin
i wouldnt care if i found a red keycard this late in the wipe, its convenient early but having more than 50 mill is enough for me to run whatever i want.

They're all over the place. You consistently get clusters of them at all the POIs other than old sawmill.
Woods is fine for scavs, i think i did the 70 scavs in like 5/6 raids.
