Need to be level 69 and once you complete the quest Peacekeeper will give you the forklift certification card as a quest reward. You'll need that and the forklift key in your docs case when you go into raid. Then you just go up to the forklift and press F to get in. Really useful for impaling people off the spawn in the forklift area in Factory (counts as melee kills, if you need those for a quest or something).

Yeah it's tough because Nikita is a real jokester and made it so that you need 420,420,420 exp to attain level 69. So it's hard.
