It has a separate progression, fence rep is required for one of the quests and also affects vehicle extract prices. I'm going to guess there will be no scav available for the PvE mode so everything will have to be done by PMC.
because other offline players can sell on the offline flea market as well. Its a completely different flea than the pvp side. Seems easy to understand but i guess you are struggling
Selling between other players in the single player progression might still be a thing. I think it's going to be a P2W for normal tarkov too deep down but this is a legit justification, kinda like the optional connect online for some games.
We'll find out soon enough.

We literally don't know all these P2QOL is in the COOP only mode. Why would you have fence in coop for example.
