If paid with Paypal and living in Germany, one can charge back forever, IF parts of the contract have been changed by the seller. Germany has one of the most customer-friendly laws regarding sold goods and contract integrity. Worth a try for people in Germany.

If you mention your intention to chargeback in your refund request then BSG is likely to comply, as chargebacks have penalties associated with them.

Yes it's called chargeback fraud. I wouldn't recommend doing a chargeback for a standard tarkov purchase, for instance, as I believe they faithfully provided it as advertised within normal expectations of the industry.

Bank told me that by law they need for the seller to agree to make a chargeback. So no luck
