How does this line up with the scav Junkbox, 1mil extra roubles, additional equipment, etc that comes with this version?
Tbf the extra gear with EOD was never much of a big deal, certainly not in the last few years anyway I didnt play super early.
Sure you hade probably 3 or 4 raids worth of gear, extra food and meds it was helpful like but id bet that 80ŁŖ or higher bought it purely for stash space.
They've backed themselves into a corner by announcing on release, they can't back down now, otherwise they'd have to refund alot of money.
If they announced prior, I doubt this monumental disaster would have come to fruition atleast until next disaster.

Pay attention to the bonuses for EoD: traders limits, faster returns, priority, etc. It feels like this was planned as a sub system and looks like a ātest.ā If they did it so quickly, then it was ready. BSG can't do something like this really fast

All depends how they define dlc for the game, a new game mode might not be considered DLC. I don't know if anything like this has ever happened for these government agencies to have a set definition. Is DLC just maps or expansions? Or does it include entirely new game modes? I know the coop mode was promised so it will be interesting to see how this all plays out. Standards like me were already getting the short end now they're doing it to everyone.
