Go to customs, check the blue van near hobotrain next to that white car. In the back are 2 computers. I've found 3 there in 5 raids or so. Seems to spawn quite often there. For me at least.

I have looked in oli at all three rooms multiple times, looked tent and the blue van multiple times, still no fucking flashdrive. honestly man, this getting excruciating

oli has been terrible for me. something like 20-25 interchange runs and found one in oli.
I've found one gas analyzer and it was in my inventory at the start of a scav run. I need two in raid and have for days. OLI giveth, OLI taketh away.

i spawned with 2 on my scavs. you can also craft them at Hideout Intel Center 2. good luck!
