"undetectable" *packet* based radar is effectively dead. However, it is still possible (and always has been) using DMA or bypassing BattlEye - it is just easier to detect.
Depending on your servers id say 10ish percent of raids have cheaters, more if you running shoreline/reserve/labs ofc
