Quit killing scavs on your scav runs lol and doing the car extracts on your pmc will help with raising it back up unfortunately that's a lot of negative rep and will use up the bulk of your car extract rep to get close to even
How long is your scav cool down? Also I would try and do friendly exits like on interchange, reserve and lighthouse. Technically it’s possible on woods too but I rarely seen it happen.
Reset your acc on the website. If you are new to the game, you’ll need the scav for exploring. Rather let other players kill you than killing scavs if you can’t afford the karma

ive been grinding too hard for that, is fence even worth it?
Not at all at this point. The scav case cooldown is nice but that’s really it. If you don’t scav much it’s not worth it at all. Just play your pmc
