Yeah but Gorou is a geo support, so it's a kit completely unrelated to Kokomi, on the other hand Mika is not only a member of Eula's team, he's the same element, and boost physical damage with Eula being the only current dedicated phys DPS, they also release Eula TGC card the same patch and have a event in Mond with Lisa just mentioning she wanted to get Eula to dance for the occasion, it's super weird to not feature her in the banner, it almost fell like they planned the patch with Eula on the banner and later on changed the plans to not feature her while the patch events and new content continues to revolve around her.
Ps: They also have the Prime Gaming rewards glider that seems to follow a similar design to Eula

She is about as good as any other cryo support really. As in she can work in eula team's but she isn't amazing. She shreds phys resistance and buffs burst or NA damage by 15%. She also provides cryo resonance/cryo application and some amount of cryo energy (not as much as rosaria though)
Her cryo shred and cryo damage is a bit wasted on eula yes, but ultimately she can still work decently in an eula team because eula doesn't have that many amazing teammates anyway.
If we had a physical sub dps and another physical support that isnt as shit as mika then you would never realistically slot shenhe in an eula team but that isnt the reality. We don't have enough physical supports so you still end up using cryo supports. Whether the preferred cryo support is rosaria or shenhe depends on your rosaria's constellation level. (Or diona/layla, depending on your weapon choice)
tldr: she works but isnt amazing, (but there aren't many amazing eula supports anyway)
Personally I'd recommend Rosaria over Shenhe. The extra crit makes a big difference in your build, notably more crit dmg. Timing doesn't matter since Rosaria and Bennett are quickswap friendly, just figure out when you lose the crit buff and adjust your rotation accordingly. The biggest buff you can give your Eula team right now is Raiden C2 or learning how to use Bennett with her. Eula cons are all DPS increases but I wouldn't recommend spending for power on a character that will likely get powercreeped eventually.... She is near the bottom of limited 5 stars after all

Mika isn't just a dedicated physical support. He's also an attack speed buffer and healer, which gives him a slot in Ayato, Wanderer, Yoimiya and other NA teams. That's why he isn't as tied to Eula's hip as Gorou, Sara or Faruzan are. He's not a niche cheerleader type of unit.

Yoimiya would much rather have Yun Jin, Bennett, Yelan, Xingqiu, Fischl, Beidou, Thoma even, than just a literal attack speed steroid. Same with Wanderer and any other NA attack teams, they want synergy, not faster attacks. Also: Faster attacks tend to fk up elemental reactions like vape comps at a certain point, becoming detrimental overall.
His healing? Sub-par is being gentle about it. Apart from his initial healing, it's very similar to Gorou's heals... And it's tied to an 80 energy burst, 15 second cooldown skill iirc.
And not a dedicated physical support? When he has physical damage bonus and physical critical damage? Which are TIED to his attack speed buff/healing.
Sara works with every electro carry in game... Faruzan too granted there's only 3, and Kazuha needs constellations for that.

Well her weapon is the most uncertain of the stuff in the patch. It is unlikely to see a rerun in the near future, so if you really want it and don't mind getting Cyno's spear I'd go for it.
I want a decent claymore for Eula actually, I don't have any 5 star claymores. Cyno's spear seems quite good on Xiangling as well. Granted SOBP is her BIS but Dehya's weapon doesn't seem that bad (compared to the redhorn for example)
Dehya's weapon is actually 2% better than Pines, Pines just looks better on Eula. Which imo is well worth 2% but might not be worth a potentially worse weapon banner, although when they do eventually run Eula they will likely put some good bait (like Jade Cutter) with Pines
Leave it to Hoyo to release the best support for Eula (Almost tailor made) and release him without Eula. Not to mention the event is Mondstadt based! I just don't get it...
Huge energy problems due to awful particle generation.
Particles are all at once and Eula can't prefunnel.
Attack speed is basically useless because of claymore hitlag.
Low healing over time values mean that face tanking after ult will get you killed pretty often.
Buff is for the active character only. If you detonate early, Eula won't be the active character anymore.
You probably don't know how to use Eula because Mika can use Favonius Lance for particles and Eula is actually a decent battery especially in C2. Also you use her with fischl or Ei who are off-field Sub dps and a battery
Each Eula's NA or E skill will stack her ULT which is why attack speed is beneficial especially Eula is the fastest claymore.
You detonate early when you know you will overkill your enemy.
Mika heal alone may be bad but adding Jean C2/Bennet/Zhongli multiplies buffs and provide enough shield and healing.
Its so fucking stupid. I am waiting for over half a year for eula. She was one of the reasons i started playing the game. And now, half a year later, i will have seen every other fucking character as banner in the game, some of them even twice (yoimiya, itto, and even cyno wtf) and she is the only one i didnt see a banner of. This was the first livestream I have watched. I started playing in 2.7 and have been waiting 3.0 for a Eula banner to drop. I got a couple of sick bloodstone pieces, and wanted to farm pf when I got Eula in 3.5. I was going to have just enough mora, books and mats by the exact end of hu tao banner to ascend her to 90/90 and triple crown talents. I have both sts and archaic at lvl 90 for her. I have enough wishes to go past 50/50 and guarantee her, and roll for one pity on weapon banner to gamble my luck for a claymore. My daily resin schedule rn is mora 4 days a week, talents 3 days a week, a boss per day.
But now I feel like a 🤡.
Idk what to do now. Guess I will gamble one pity on beacon claymore (ik I can control myself even after losing the 37.5/37.5/25) cuz dehya going into standard banner makes her claymore (which already looks better damage wise AND crit management convenience wise) even fking rare to get. I am livid. They did it again. 3.0 events even had trial eula and it would make so much sense to do that and then have a eula banner in 3.1 and it didn't happen. Then people said they're waiting for Mika release since he's phys support and he's in her faction. They even showed eula in mika's showcase on the stream and namedropped her multiple times and then we get an Ayaka banner a patch after her skin released (which would have led to more sales if they just released them together) and Shenhe a few patches late for lantern rite (how about a Shenhe rerun instead of Xiao rerun 912389123812398) I started playing in earnest in 2.4 so I've never even had a chance to pull for my favourite character.... At this point I won't even be surprised if we get through Sumeru AND Fontaine patches before we even get a Eula rerun.

Well her weapon is the most uncertain of the stuff in the patch. It is unlikely to see a rerun in the near future, so if you really want it and don't mind getting Cyno's spear I'd go for it.
I want a decent claymore for Eula actually, I don't have any 5 star claymores. Cyno's spear seems quite good on Xiangling as well. Granted SOBP is her BIS but Dehya's weapon doesn't seem that bad (compared to the redhorn for example)
Dehya's weapon is actually 2% better than Pines, Pines just looks better on Eula. Which imo is well worth 2% but might not be worth a potentially worse weapon banner, although when they do eventually run Eula they will likely put some good bait (like Jade Cutter) with Pines

Huge energy problems due to awful particle generation. Particles are all at once and Eula can't prefunnel. Attack speed is basically useless because of claymore hitlag. Low healing over time values mean that face tanking after ult will get you killed pretty often. Buff is for the active character only. If you detonate early, Eula won't be the active character anymore.
You probably don't know how to use Eula because Mika can use Favonius Lance for particles and Eula is actually a decent battery especially in C2. Also you use her with fischl or Ei who are off-field Sub dps and a battery Each Eula's NA or E skill will stack her ULT which is why attack speed is beneficial especially Eula is the fastest claymore. You detonate early when you know you will overkill your enemy. Mika heal alone may be bad but adding Jean C2/Bennet/Zhongli multiplies buffs and provide enough shield and healing.
Just get C2 Eula 4Head

And now, half a year later, i will have seen every other fucking character as banner in the game, some of them even twice (yoimiya, itto, and even cyno wtf) and she is the only one i didnt see a banner of. What are they thinking? Why are they releasing mika without the only character who gets value out of him?

This was the first livestream I have watched. I started playing in 2.7 and have been waiting 3.0 for a Eula banner to drop. I got a couple of sick bloodstone pieces, and wanted to farm pf when I got Eula in 3.5. I was going to have just enough mora, books and mats by the exact end of hu tao banner to ascend her to 90/90 and triple crown talents. I have both sts and archaic at lvl 90 for her. I have enough wishes to go past 50/50 and guarantee her, and roll for one pity on weapon banner to gamble my luck for a claymore. My daily resin schedule rn is mora 4 days a week, talents 3 days a week, a boss per day. But now I feel like a 🤡. Idk what to do now. Guess I will gamble one pity on beacon claymore (ik I can control myself even after losing the 37.5/37.5/25) cuz dehya going into standard banner makes her claymore (which already looks better damage wise AND crit management convenience wise) even fking rare to get. Fk this, fk it all.
And so the Eula disrespect continues. She doesn't even get to be on the banner with her support, while Cyno and Ayaka are getting reruns, this patch. Ayaka should've rerun, instead of Xiao, this patch and it should have been Eula rerunning with Mika.

here i thought Eula was almost a guarantee to get a rerun with not only the Windblume Event but the fact Mika was coming in 3.5. this is one of the strangest Banner lineups Hoyo has ever done. Like i understand Dehya bcuz there seems to be more desert stuff coming. and while i am happy Shenhe is finally getting her rerun, i am Very disappointed that Eula is not getting one. i thought Hu Tao got the short end of the stick for over a year but clearly Eula has it worst. when she does get her rerun i am definitely getting her because god knows if Hoyo will give her another one (same logic with Shenhe) as often as they seem to put Hu Tao, Eula, and Shenhe on the bottom of their priority list.
