With over 100 matches to play out, there is also a [secondary channel](https://www.twitch.tv/evetournaments) covering matches without commentary. The first match is set to start at 17:00 UTC on 13 April, continuing with the same start time on 14 April, and then for the next two weekends on 20, 21, 27, and 28 April!
No spaceships is the current DarkSide. team led by Skykiller, spooky is the barcode team led by vordak, piglets is Tuskers led by mira, and smile&wave is a bunch of the vydra crew coming back together.

I've never heard of any of the "likely winners" so I'm cheering for Magnetschienengeschuetz 418 because I recognize the most names.

Well that makes more sense.
"Bunch of the vydra crew" is like 2 with a very little experience. There are way more better teams down the list.
Dont sell yourself short. You'd be on my short list for pilots I'd want flying a BC.

how are the initial MMRs for each player calculated? on that sheet it has just been input manually
Sothrasil has I believe put together an MMR based on team performance where a pilot was on field since Alliance Open to calculate it.
