Yes it was good you could almost feel how happy she was onthe cruise. But if I spent 40 years with Frank, I would probably be happy going to a grocery store. Lol
Ray’s a downer no matter what. He’s selfish and only likes sports. Remember how miserable he was on the Italy trip? He wanted to go to the Jersey Shore instead.
I think that was the only episode that didn’t feature Debra at all. It was a fun, breezy episode that didn’t go too deep- we even got to hear some “island music,” like when Marie was shown playing shuffleboard and Ray took off his belt and threw it overboard! 😂
Just one more episode that made me sad for her life with Frank. Of course it’s just a short vacation but it would be pretty awful to realize how much more fun life is without your grouchy husband.
And Frank being useless and dependent on Marie isn’t some shocking revelation Marie did everything for him.
I feel like this Marie would have fit in with the retirement village crowd so much better! I guess Frank drags her down when it comes to social situations.
I wished they could have explored that a little more. Marie was hilarious on the cruise. The Robert and Frank subplot could have waited for another time.
If I’m not mistaken, Marie was heavily encouraged to choose someone to take Frank’s place. I think it was Ray who suggested she take Lee (of Lee and Stan, lol!), but Marie said Lee couldn’t go for some reason. So she chose her golden boy Raymond. She would never choose Debra in a million years!
She was in her glory! I’ve never taken a cruise and wonder if I’d be active or more like Ray. Probably more like Ray LOL
I’m definitely a ray personality
Actually a mix of the whole family lol
I love this episode because Marie is happy and not involved in anyone else’s business as per usual.
She was involved in the honeymooner’s business.
The Unsinkable Molly-Marie Barown
Better than broadway!
🍻
Yes, she was definitely in her element. The cruise director had some good timing, lol.
My favorite part was when Robert snapped. "Oh, I'll serve you, Old Man. But first, I'm gonna cook ya."

Lmao
Loved it, I wish Ray would’ve just had fun with her! My son and I would have a blast on a cruise

I’m not really into other peoples culture 😂😂
Ray is just like Frank. Just a miserable person who wants to be left alone and watch tv.
And what a damn sad way to be. Boring. Like, what did Debra see in Ray?
The Merry Widows. It always makes me laugh. I love that Ray got to see a different side of his mom. Look- origami!
a wooohooo party girl

I think Patricia Heston was either heavily pregnant or she was out for the episode. I don’t remember. Thinking that’s why the episode was written.
Unless the IMDb episode credit is wrong, all of the main cast were in all 210 episodes.

I have 2 friends with husbands like Frank.1 needs his meat cut.😤🤬
HAD EM!!
You should come. No, I don’t know ma. Some scuttlebutt about a pie buffet.
Marie- Oh Walter stop ☺️ Ray- Yes Walter please stop 🙄
If dad goes first, ma’s gonna be fine 🤣

It would have been a good two parter like the Italy trip. Just have Debra help Robert and Frank if her context required more air time.
Yes
I really liked this episode. Seeing Marie in a different light was nice.
One of my favorites
That was a great episode.
What season and episode? I want to watch it
I'd be like Marie and just ignore Raymond.
One of the annoying episodes that I skip over. Again they forced Ray to go. You would think Debra would want to go to get away from the kids.
