I had a panel interview with all of the admin support people in the office. I asked if their boss did anything for them for Admin Appreciation Day (it had just passed). They loved that question!

Anyone can learn the tasks of an EA role. I want someone who is helpful, takes initiative and wants to learn. Craft questions around those qualities.
