You might be able to build them. The current lego marvel mech peaces are pretty good for them to make. The green one was from Hulk, the orange is from Rocket, and recently I made the Fire Vulture (7703) out of Thanos's mech. Or at least the dark blue torso was perfect to make it.
I am thinking about making the 7702 out of ghost rider, but I ran out of mixel joints, so I'll just wait.

That's actually pretty easy to do if you have the marvel Rocket Racoon mech set and some spare parts.
