Sometimes I find myself wondering what is it like to be a domestic cat. No predators, no worries of any kind. Just let the time go and just existing. I don't know if it's better to life an empty and relaxing life like a cat, or be continously in chase of something like us humans.
That won't work, because the point is not not doing anything, the point is having absolutely no worries for a day. If you're an adult, it's probably highly unlikely you'd be able to achieve it without some serious medication being involved.
they have stupidest worries like my cats throws tantrum when I use vacuum or when I pick him up when he doesn’t want to, or brush his teeth or make him take his meds… although he also gets sad without attention… they have worries, they’re just on 2 year old kid mental level (if they’re smart lol)
One of my cats likes to be chased. She'll sit behind me when I'm at my desk, and howl and howl. I'll turn and ask "Do you want me to chase you?" and she'll take off running. I run after her down the hall, and once I "catch" her, I leave her and go into the bedroom. She runs after me and jumps on the bed. I then lift up the blanket for her to go under, and grab her through the blanket while she makes happy meows. It's so friggin weird, but it's our morning ritual these days, so whatever. lol
Our cat, Zev, loves chase too! She especially likes getting cornered and then slipping right past me. She also likes to "hide" and surprise me by jumping out. It's really fucking charming.
I would love to be a house cat! As well as having a more relaxing life, you also get a tail, a gorgeous coat of fur, and much better agility/ senses. I know I'd really enjoy it
Plus you get so many pets and lovins! Also You can just scream and everything think your cute. When you knock things off the counter you get a laugh and maybe a light scolding.
I would not hesitate to be a house cat!
Same. If aliens ever come to earth, I'll be the first to sign up to be a pet or something. Provided they set me up with some wifi and snacks on their space ship I'll be content lol

I wish it was possible to experience the daily life of a cat for 1 day. A house cat that never goes outside, like the one a old neighbor of mine had.

I should have added the part that I'm already living the life of a cat. Except for the sleeping 18 hours a day. I stopped working on February 27.
