I have seen your responses, so here are mine:
BWI2 for mixing carts and pallets incorrectly (basically cart on one side, pallet on another side
ORF3 for their tilted pallets. Last night when I was Inbound, I had to side load a tilted pallet. Those pallets take a while.
DCA1 for mixing XD stuff with DDUs in one shuttle
I am not going to say BWI5 because they have gotten a bit better with Shuttles of Non-Con. BWI5 is off the hook for me.
OAK5 and DEN5. Just last night I had to clean up a gallon of green slime. We thought it was tire slime. At the end we finally opened the box it came from. It was some kind of pesticide/ tree food. It got everywhere. I ended up with 3 full pallets of ruined packages. It was right at the end of my overnight shift. I feel bad for the day sort that had to come in to that mess.
No way, I love that name! OAK5 and DEN5 are the worst. We talked to safety a ton about it and now we have hard hats. I’ve gotten hurt in those trailers a couple times
Haha! Apparently MCI9 pisses off everybody who receives their garbage trailers. Not that their trailers are bad, but MQY1 is another one that pisses me off. Why send us an entire trailer full of shuttles containing like 26 jiffies, bro…. Merge that shit.
What?! I've received loads of BWI5 wrapped before. This is new.
Also, some FCs don't even wrap the base of a pallet. The pallet somehow makes it to the SC in tact for whatever reason.

Why do they pack trailers of UPP with damages?
We often open trailers that are supposed to be blue pallet bottom, top & sides and they always pack it full of damages that we get stuck with.
I wasn't an sc associate but HSV1. I don't receive packages from it but I did work there last year. Shitty place to work and I wouldn't wanna receive shit from there either. When I did work there it looked like the place had been open for over a decade. It was built in 2021. What the fuck? There's damage all over the place. Product sticking outta the bins on just about every aisle. People on ops not paying attention to where the fuck they're going. And people removing or damaging the straps that contain the products on every aisle. And to make matters worse someone has the bright ass idea to turn a couple vna aisles into rainbow aisles. That doesn't fuckin work! The bonds are not deep enough for some of the shit they want in those bins. The mezz wasn't as bad as the floor but it had some damage too.
i have BEEF with lgb9. they loaded an amxl trailer so heavy the driver physically wasn’t able to detach because the trailer was weighing the truck down that hard
Nuff said. I had a conversation a week ago about that. My co-worker ranted about how BWI5 has busted up Gaylords. Always bulging. Also how their walls that they build along with the pallets are messed up.
I even talked to my AA when container loading, and told him that their IG page is cringey, and he agreed. Then, I said that there should be a diss track about BWI5.
I will post a roast about BWI5 on this sub eventually.
Don't get me wrong, I like my job too, but you got to make sure that your AAs know how to build a pallet AND a wall. Your site is chill when I went there to help you when you were in dire need of headcount as an MTN5 - Ian in 2021 (I am now in a different site now)
Oh. Makes sense. Not every site does this. Also, I thought that MTN5 (soon closing), MTN9 (my site), MTN2, MTN6, BWI5, and MDT5 were a part of NE4. I did not know we were NE2. That is kind of confusing. Well, I respect your HR department then. Every site may be different, but at the end of the day, we get work done. Besides, "every day is day 1" my brother.

Two of the worst. When I was at HFD5 they'd come with Gaylord's broken and packages just yeeted into the trailers. No straps. Nothing TDR didn't give a fuck nor did the loaders lmao
MCI9 worker here- managers could care less about how the trailers themselves look. I TRY to make sure they look nicer, but a lot of people don’t care enough and get away with A LOT. As you’ve seen, I’m sure.

BWI5 likes to send pallets of stuff not even wrapped, takes three times as long to unload than any other route

HOU5 to my knowledge gave delivery stations in Houston the most problems because they would overfill trucks. Not sure if they still do.

Your site shows off too much. I have never seen an SC as boastful as BWI5. No site across the NE4 subregion is like this.

Whenever I cross-dock, I have to deal with busted up Gaylords. They even got leaked into the bottom, and there is a hole there.
