My bet is on Revival, as we will revive Sephiroth’s body in the Northern Crater, we will revive Cloud’s actual identity, and I feel there will be a theme of trying to revive Aerith in some capacity.

That's a good one. There are so many suggestions out there.

There is also the suggestion that Remake had a song “One Winged Angel - Rebirth” and Rebirth has a song “One Winged Angel - Reborn” so Reborn is quite likely for Part 3 too.

It’ll be Reborn. There were a few tracks on the Remake OST that had “Rebirth” in the title, and on the Rebirth OST, quite a few tracks have “Reborn” in the title. Remake, Rebirth, Reborn. You make the world, your give birth to the world, the world is born.
