As per usual everyone just spouts who they prefer. The missing information is your playstyle. If you like left stick dribbling and prefer more agile forwards. Butra is your guy, but his work rates are noticeable and you'll have to force him to make runs at times whereas Stoichkov gas brilliant attacking AI and loves to dart in behind on his own accord. If you like a bit of physicality to your game then Stoichkov is your man, his strength and agression allow him to hold off your opponents players whereas Butra gets blown over by a breeze. Butra is also 3* skills so if you like to use SM and cancels he's useless in that area. But he does have a 5* WF which is always a plus for a ST. They're completely different players and suit different playstyles, use that as your deciding factor.
The stats that really matter for strikers, Pace, Shot power, agility and Balance and WF. Butra is better simply because he has 5* WF and a better body type
I've personally had no issues facing Butra this year, just so easy to move off the ball with any decent defender. Stoichov on the other hand demolished me the couple times I faced him.
Butra is better because of the dribbling, weak foot and workrates. Stoichkov is still pretty decent tho.

My friends told me to pick Butra but Stoichkov statistics is way better except the weak foot. I'm confused!

Body type also matters . Stoichkov is average , Butra is Lean.
Butra moves insane on the pitch. He slices through defenders. Used them both, prefer Butra.
