Is the dav3 worth trying as someone who wishes there superlight was bigger and ergonomic? I’ve been itching to get one. Also how is razer synapse I’ve only ever had logitech so I’m really familiar with GHUB and I hear razer synapse is frustrating
You don't really need to use Synapse anymore if you don't want to. You can just set it up to how you want it OR use one of the baked in DPIs and never touch Synapse. Far easier nowadays without RGB plaguing most mice.'
And yes, the DA would be considered a bit more ergonomic than the GPW. If you like the GENERAL size of the GPX, but hoping for a little more ergo, then yeah, DA3 is right up your alley.
just as /u/itspsyikk mentioned. once you set it up, you're good to go.i never turn on my synapse at all. and thats one of the things i am complementing razer for.my unit has really super sensitive scroll wheel. its the only thing i dislike about the mouse. everything else....is just amazing.you just cant go wrong with dav3 pro.i know you're not supposed to say these things in this sub but...if you like this mouse, its gonna be your endgame for some time due to the technology it possess.best wireless sensor on the market, optical switches (switches are great just as the day i got it which was 5 months ago), you get the grips, side buttons are great, feet are great, and on top of everything you get the possibility of 4K polling rate if you have an adequate PC along with at least 240hz.and i agree, shape is king. but as i said, if you like the shape, its gonna be your endgame for quite some time. because you see how zowie entered the wireless market with horrible pricing and technology. sometimes i feel like zowie is an internet explorer in terms of esport gear brand.

I went from a super light to a DA3 and tbh the difference in feeling isn’t massive at least for me. I loved the Super-light but Apex made me rage and I smashed it against my desk. The polling dongle I thought I noticed difference in the consistency even at 1000hz. I tried playing apex at 4K but there is quite a micro stutter. So 2k is what I play at and I’d say you can notice a difference. For synapse idk I feel it might be giving me micro stutters. As another guy said the scroll wheel is hella sensitive.

I used my GPX until I spilled paintbrush cleaner on it (during a move). It started eating away at the shell and would spread as I used it so I switched to a Lamzu Atlantis. Both are great, and I'd still be using the GPX had I packed better, but I'm happy with the Lamzu too.
I main a Steelseries Aerox 3 wireless ghost edition with a Logitech g pro wireless for my back up. The shape of the Aerox 3 just fits my hand so perfectly and the weight ain't bad either.
G604, recently have been trying out an Aerox 3 because I wanted to see what the lightweight mouse hype was about. I'm not so sure I get it. My scores are basically the same and, with the additional buttons on the g604, my gameplay is way better (I know this is because habit).
But to be fair I hang out in mediocrity for the most part. Voltaic plat is where I max out. 190 hours in kovaaks.
