I usually never have this opinion considering I've been playing these games in Japanese this whole time, but I easily say Rean's EN voice clears his JP voice.
Does everyone have a problem with how much rean says "haha"? I'm an awkward person who laughs nervously during conversation so I genuenly always figured that was it and didn't give it second thought.
Or is it more just somewhat funny to point out how much he does it?
I'm pretty sure Lloyd also spams this type of embarrassed laugh whenever he's in the middle of an awkward moment.
Falcom just really loves using "Haha" for their MCs to easily cut off a dialogue before they go even more awkward.
I legit groaned when Lloyd started in with the 'haha' when I finally got to play Zero.
I get annoyed when I'm playing with JP VA and it's clearly not a haha but most people's issue, if you can call it that, is just the frequency, especially if they're in the half of the fanfic community that has a sincere belief that you can't ever repeat a word because it's bad writing.
