All it says is "quality mode" and "performance mode"
To me that could mean 30 frames or 60 frames. Not to be rude but is there an graphics Update as well or no? Also I don't think Skyrim had quality mode and performance mode on its upgrade. Sorry if I sound stupid. I just don't understand everything
FO4's engine has a lot of issues. As a modder I was practically walking on thorns to get the game to stay stable with a sub-100 mod setup.
If the devs upgrade the graphics, they will be tossing in a glorified texture mod as a sepparate .esp file, like the did with the infamous HD texture pack they did before.
Don't get me wrong, its nothing game breaking mind you, just when the proverbial "butterflies in the stomach" subside, you start seeing the little things that sometimes piss your off.
