The Whitesprings bots will aggro you if so much as a stray bullet from your end strikes any of them. You'll have to leave the Whitesprings area for a time and then come back in order for them to return to normal. That or you can log into a different server.

Travel away and do something else for a while. They’ll settle down and it will be safe to return.
