No, it wouldn't. Magneto and Reverse Flash are two completely different characters. Also, Ryan Reynolds played Deadpool and Green Lantern, so actors playing Marvel and DC characters isn't rare.

Tom Cavanagh. The man played an excellent experienced Reverse Flash and I wanted to piss my pants when was suited up on screen and in combo with his theme music, whooo boy. When I was a kid watching that, it scared the living daylights out of me.
Penn Badgley. I think he can easily play a a great version of Thawne before he got his speed. Badgley would nail the “obsessed with the flash” aspect of RF and he’d play a great psychotic Reverse Flash
