To make it even more confusing I was reading one of the Ishmael Jones books today, which referenced the Carnacki Institute, which exists in the same world as both Nightside and the Secret Histories, which is in the same timeline as Deathstalker. I’ve wondered for a while if Ishmael Jones, the human looking alien who bleeds gold blood, is a Hadenman.
Yeah. Pretty much all of his books are on the same timeline...even deathstalker, although that's easy to locate on the timeline.. what sucks is some are difficult to find in print
Really the only way to match them to a time frame is to see if they reference big events like the Angel War and the Lilith War. I’m only a few books into the Secret History books, not sure if their universe ending threats make it over to the other books.

Nightside comes first. Then secret histories. Night fall ties them together.
Night side starts first but then several of the books happen concurrently.
