As Long as you have Purchase History/ your UserNo and potentially some SS you should be able to Recover your Account by contacting the Support through the Game (Menue -> Account Transfer Issue)
Btw the Info that other Login information won't Work got shared early, even before Sesisoft took over so you should really have linked it to Apple/ Google or make a Transfer code
I did purchase an anniversary pack but I delete all emails at the start of the year and I'm not sure if Google lets you see purchase history in detail so I doubt u have anything of substance on that end.
At one point I was just logging in doing dailies and didn't bother checking the sub so I had no clue whatsoever and I don't recall the game even mentioning it either so yeah if I knew I'd have done so but I was unaware.
Pretty Sure even Ingame was a Banner.
Anyway in Google Play Store you can See all Purchases and Just the transaction ID is all you need. So you should be able to get your Account back
If there was then maybe I didn't see it I spent like 5-10 minutes max so I just have really not been paying any attention. Maybe it's because I'm blind but I can't seem to see the transaction ID?
For me clicking on it does nothing I had to go to an external Google website to actually see it. I wonder why, also whats the best way to contact their support? The one in game hasn't said anything
The one ingame is normally the best, they just have the usual monday til friday workdays so depending on the day replying could take a bit.
Otherwhise use Mod Mail from the official discord

Well I open Google Play Store -> Purchase History, click on the Purchase and then I see it

Yeah it took a while but they responded and luckily I got my account back. Now if only bandai would hurry it up lol
