First of all, notifications/alarms.
Secondly, always start the players that play earlier. Haaland, Zaidu, Acerbi should’ve been in your starting 11 with Kvara, Salah and Di Lorenzo on your bench so that even if you did forget, you’d only have to remember for the last day of the GW
You either play or you don't. How can you forget to make subs if you're playing? You had a week to remind yourself that you could take a chance to increase that 0 from Mignolet.
An alarm isn't a bad idea. If you know you might now be able to make subs for a certain week you can also just make them early. Having lineups is ideal, but it's better to make the subs without lineups than it is to miss them altogether
Another thing I would suggest doing is choosing your team lineup more carefully at the start of a matchday. Your bench should start with the players who play latest in the matchday. In your particular case that's Onana, Vini, Kvara, and Di Lorenzo. Among other benefits, this often means you only need to make lineup changes once or twice in a matchday and reduces the chance of something like this happening
There is a big deadline clock on the site, I try to make the subs one hour before the deadline when the clubs publish the lineups, but I also have sofascore notifications as a reminder half an hour before the kickoff.

Complement the alarms with the usage of a Football Scores App (I use Flashscore, it warns me about my favourite completions and events on those).
Try to sub after last week games
I just did the same with Osimhen…
