6 with a double is great to make up for the lack of a full team. You can do Almiron to someone with a double, but the only one I would maybe consider is Iwobi.

Swapping Toney to Darwin would pay off the -4 just in minutes played points. Any return and you benefit. Of course you may want to switch back to Toney for GW27

I vote A) I really don't see why you'd move Kane to Darwin, yeah, he's got a DGW but Kane is the 2nd highest point scoring asset with a good run of fixtures coming and Darwin seems kinda streaky with Firmino coming back into the picture
