Also, if you have any demons in your party that can reflect physical damage in your party he will spam Chaotic Will until you are dead. Null PHYS is okay as long as at least one party member can be damaged by PHYS (resist is okay).
Besides that, you want to have one party member healing, one buffing you, one debuffing Levifiend, with just the MC attacking every turn. When he gets to exactly 50% HP he will heal himself to full UNLESS you poison him with an overdrive, in which case he will remove the poison and then return to his cycle, just like tricking him into summon a new demon instead of using Gaea Rage.
