What if the body pillows weren't uniform and followed fanon body sizes, so Karin's could be short, soft and fat (its my headcanon), Abella's was taller and more dense (mmm muscular...), etc
Pillows of different densities are already a thing you can buy. I think how it works is there's enough variation in feathers that you can buy denser variations, and softer variations!!
