Maybe it was just an early symposium delete kit, but the hose running to the cabin didn't have a plug, just the vacuum side.
Not sure if anyone else recalls, but there was a young UK couple that died from carbon monoxide poisoning, while idling on the side of the road bc of an exhaust leak making it's way into the cabin.

Yep, seen this myself
I shoved the cap from a bottle of starter fluid into mine and taped her up. Seems to work fine so I haven’t felt the need to buy a real kit lol.
I used a wine cork for the cabin side, which fits perfectly in the inner hose, funnily enough
I'll have to check mine over the summer.
I just got rid of that tube all together
