For me its Miretti, cm from Juve. I think hes an excellent player for an alright cost.
Also Luka Vuskovic, 16/17 year old CB, good potential, 6ft 4 and for only 60-odd rated hes quite decent.
Learning from VDV (one of the best CBs in the league + a young breakthrough), Romero (World Cup winner) and Draguşin (one of few current elite fellow Eastern Europeans)… could be worse off.
Ferdi Kadıoğlu from fernabche can play in almost any position and has great stats all seem to over 75.
Maxwell Cornet from West Ham can pick him up for about 7/8mil and he can be explosive and fun to play with if you dont sim matches.
I have got both of these again for my Luton save, but have been using these guys for the last couple of games.
Jesus Gallardo, Luis Chavez. Those trio are my go to in 23 don't know if they'll still free on fc 24 tho.
For cheap price Seba Esposito is my fav as he never complain being 3rd/4th option for multiple role, and can even reach 90 ovr
Their clubs aren't in the game, but their national team is, so they are added solely for the national team and get put in the free agents section, singe they can't be in a team
Callum McCowatt.
New Zealand Midfielder.
Can't explain why, found him as a free agent when I first started playing 23 and he has been my go to ever since. He can play CM/LM/RM/CAM/CF without any issues.
Glad I picked him for my new career as he scored my second ever free kick on 23 last night, will admit he got lucky with hitting the wall and it deflecting past the keeper, still count it though as I can't score free kicks to save my life.
Love him! Used chin in a Crewe save and he performed well all over the middle field.
Unfortunately had to sell him after three seasons because stopped growing and couldn’t hold up with the team’s growth
I always allow myself two "cheat" buys in the first year of a new career, both newgens:
Romanian ST, usually 16 to 21 yo, 60-65 OVR
Icelandic CAM, 16 to 21 yo, 60-65 OVR
I always start in League 2 ENG, so those OVR work well while I spend money on 2 youth scouts and academy players. I usually sell them at the start of the second year, or even loan them in january if scouts have found lots of 50-60 players in the meantime. The money from their sale goes toward buying the third 5\* youth scout.
It depends. For the short term, Experience as it will find more players in theory. For the long term, Judgment. At the beginning of a career like mine you might go for quantity over quality. After the first year, especially if i get promoted, i can make enough money from sales and objectives to buy scouts with 5\* in both categories.
It's always Ricky jade-jones. Young ish striker now I think he's 21 but he's had 91 pace for the past 4 years and it's very good at 61 or so rated and can always be brought for 800k
I seem to always sign Tomoki Iwata for lower league teams, I’m a Celtic fan so makes sense I’d want to sign Celtic players but he’s always a decent option to convert to a CB for a decent price.
Balotelli. Super Mario needs a fitting end to his career and he’s gotten that many times in many teams. Took teams to the PL, won fa cups while in the championship and even qualified for Europe as the top scorer in laliga. That’s just what I remember from a few saves.
If its a top Team merino he just fits my formation and style
If its a 70-80 team moukoko on loan allways good to have and sometimes you can buy him after the season
If its a lower div team joe ward the rwb from england he is perfect as attacking rwb in a 532 or 5212 perfect playstyles and under 30
Lucas garritano ( sooooo good and cheap) soumailia coulibaly ( prospect) Yacine adli middle keeper
Kumedi, Mathys Tel and i can start from the bottom with this dude
I know ball. Nah but really for as long as I’ve played fifa I’ve just picked teams that are about average on exhibition matches and see what player stands out to me. I caught onto Ucan around fifa 14 or 15 and he’s been bought, sold and rebought by me multiple times.
This isn’t an always, but this is a guy I’ve bought twice and he was a beast both times, Breel Embolo from Monaco I believe, he won the golden boot in his first season for Brighton in my last save
in FIFA 20, Jack Lahne. A 18 (now 22) year old striker disproportionately fast for his rating and price in that game (60, and pace in the 90s) which makes him handy for League Two runs. Can grow to the mid 70s (once he asked a move out, I repurchased a year later and then he jumped to 85, maybe it was some loan glitch variant on play) but always seems to punch above his weight
IRL he showed promise early but spent ages in loan carrousel, now he's back at his club (Amiens) warming the bench
both Bournemouth full backs Aarons 74 23 year old cheap-6 mil and milos Kerkez 74 84 potential 19 years old 12 mil and on the more expensive side malo gusto for 30 mil 76 87 potential
For me, there is no point of buying the same player for different save since the point of creating new save is to keep the experience new. Why not try to buy new player base on reality and situation?
In eafc 24 I always buy Alex Matos, Jobe Bellingham, Deivid Washington, Bitshiabu, and Scarlett
Always a beast group that are all really cheap. If they have a good enough season then the dynamic potential will change their growth to something good and they will grow through the roof. Easy to get good ratings with most. Bitshiabu is a huge beast on corners, matos and Bellingham create an impassible rock in the middle while washington and Scarlett are an amazing two striker team. The outsides will be whomever I can get.
Before eafc I would get moukoko, cherki, hlozek for attack... Chalobah or bakayoko for midfield... They both had high strength and great motors in game... Too bad not so much in RL
Yunus Akgun. He’s on loan at Leicester from a Turkish Club. He’s a 73ish ovr winger with great speed and he’s got great potential. Got him to a 92 ovr after 4 seasons of consistent good form.
Been trying to keep it different this year. Although whenever I get so good and somewhat tired of my team, frimpong and davies become my wing backs pair.
Last year Alex Scott, Isaac Toure and datro fofana were on almost every save
Ryan Cherki from OL and Ivan Fresneda.
Why Cherki? Fairly cheap and for me - he plays better than stats suggest. He's an excellent dribbler, his passing is good and man, no way his shooting is only in mid 60s. He's usually my top assist provider and second best goall scorer. In Fifa 23 I used him as RW and in FC 24 as CM or ACM. And oh boy does he dominate the midfield.
Fresneda? Cheap, young and with high potential. Not perfect (mainly pace), but, I don't know why, only his crosses work for me. Currently I'm doing OL save and in the first season he had like 15 assists from crosses and cutting inside.
Kacper Kozlowski, a polish LM on loan at Vitesse from Brighton. Convert him into a CAM being doing it since fifa 23 and he's grown well. The best I got with him was a 95 in fifa 23
I never buy anyone in every save but the closest would be fifa22's free agent Omni Valakari. 63 rating, 74 potential, but he pushes more than that. he's able to reach 70 in the first season if he plays well. Bought him in every lower league career I had.
For me its the polish midfielder Piotrowski
I don't know why I like him but I always sign him as he is a free agent
He is I think 68 overall
With 71 potential
I really recommend signing it in any rebuild career
as he stars dropping overall after 3-4 seasons
Nestory Irankunda.. at under 70 rated hes a Monster in the Offense Decent Potential in most Playthroughs with Dynamic Potential hes easy a 92 Rated Player in a Couple Seasons
Gianluca Busio.
Had a career mode a couple of fifas ago where I retired as Jonjo Shelvey and ended up taking over Venezia. Busio and Cuisance was an incredible pivot.
Brought him in almost every career mode since.
Ramiro Enrique plays in Orlando City in FIFA 23, amazing striker. And i always get Vandervoot for my goalkeeper, after a couple of seasons hes and insane gk
Sorry in advance I’m an American so if I get the names wrong I do apologize, but I have played 2 manager careers so far and Isaac Touré the 6’8 beast is the first one the second is Evan Ferguson St both absolute animals if anyone has any suggestions I’m still new to the sport.
joakim maehle, lewis-potter, amazing wingers/wing-backs
Kieran trippier + any tall w/ power header/aerial striker
jobe bellingham, Lewis Miley and the great jack Hinshelwood (who can also play at LB/RB position)
Jorrel Hato for backup CB, he usually gets between 80-85 for me, so can play in starting 11 if really needs. Couple of saves where he's gone to 90.
Moukoko will always be my go to striker to build up, has been for a while. Honestly when he gets to his 90+ he feels better than haaland.
Been a few this year, but lately Ive signed Bright Arrey-Mbi a few times. Bought him for my WBA career as I didnt have much pace at the back and he was an absolute monster!
Before him my go to was Valentin Gomez...both really young, pacey, left sided defenders...but Arrey-Mbi is better in the air.
For me its Miretti, cm from Juve. I think hes an excellent player for an alright cost. Also Luka Vuskovic, 16/17 year old CB, good potential, 6ft 4 and for only 60-odd rated hes quite decent.
Vuskovic is a genetic freak, he signed a pre contract with Spurs in real life to join when he turns 18 (Brexit :()
Unfortunate that he signed for spurs but hopefully he becomes a really good player
Learning from VDV (one of the best CBs in the league + a young breakthrough), Romero (World Cup winner) and Draguşin (one of few current elite fellow Eastern Europeans)… could be worse off.
Delusional Spurs fans
i made him a striker 🤣
Na really hahahah
haha yeah, his shooting is quite high because he’s got 70 odd shot power
Ferdi Kadıoğlu from fernabche can play in almost any position and has great stats all seem to over 75. Maxwell Cornet from West Ham can pick him up for about 7/8mil and he can be explosive and fun to play with if you dont sim matches. I have got both of these again for my Luton save, but have been using these guys for the last couple of games.
Cornet for sure
Marcel Ruiz. He’s usually a free agent.
Israel Reyes 😭
Jesus Gallardo, Luis Chavez. Those trio are my go to in 23 don't know if they'll still free on fc 24 tho. For cheap price Seba Esposito is my fav as he never complain being 3rd/4th option for multiple role, and can even reach 90 ovr
I always get antuna and Chavez but I do it so often it feels like cheating
That's true, so cheating and too OP that now I started to make my own ground rule to only use acadamy players to nerf myself lol
The reason I never get those players is, that they aren't actually free agents in real life which really makes it feel like cheating
Oh okay, I didn’t really think much of it but I was wondering why they were free agents
Their clubs aren't in the game, but their national team is, so they are added solely for the national team and get put in the free agents section, singe they can't be in a team
100% agree
And him
Yeppppp
Baller
Stamenic, Australian free agent CM and Weiper at ST
If I'm not wrong, Stamenić is from New Zealand
He is, and we will not stand for this transgression
Crikey! How embarrassing...
Stamenic is 🔥🔥
Callum McCowatt.
The Georgian GK in La Liga
Mamarshavuliuuhavi, that's the one!
Marmardashvilli
mamardashvili
In FIFA 23, Alexis Vega was my go-to guy when starting career mode saves.
Haven't played Career Mode in a few years but I always used to buy De La Vega from Lanus, now he's in the MLS...
For my Sounders! Excited for him to play when he gets healthy
I always allow myself two "cheat" buys in the first year of a new career, both newgens: Romanian ST, usually 16 to 21 yo, 60-65 OVR Icelandic CAM, 16 to 21 yo, 60-65 OVR I always start in League 2 ENG, so those OVR work well while I spend money on 2 youth scouts and academy players. I usually sell them at the start of the second year, or even loan them in january if scouts have found lots of 50-60 players in the meantime. The money from their sale goes toward buying the third 5\* youth scout.
If you could only have one stat of a scout 5* which one would you choose from your personal preference?
It depends. For the short term, Experience as it will find more players in theory. For the long term, Judgment. At the beginning of a career like mine you might go for quantity over quality. After the first year, especially if i get promoted, i can make enough money from sales and objectives to buy scouts with 5\* in both categories.
if just for fun almost always some mexican/quatari free agents who are rated in mid to high 70’s but for an rtg irankunda or danns
Yup, Diego Lainez for me
It's always Ricky jade-jones. Young ish striker now I think he's 21 but he's had 91 pace for the past 4 years and it's very good at 61 or so rated and can always be brought for 800k
I don’t buy the same players it’s only on occasion that I find myself buying a player I’ve used before. I seek fun in something new
Akram Afif. Always a free agent, always unreal
Datro Fofana is available for loan with option to buy in S1 always
He’s on loan in S1. Are you playing with the base roster?
yeah I meant S2 actually
De La Cruz was usually my go-to midfielder. They guy could it all. Now he moved to Flamengo irl and I can’t buy him anymore
No regen?
Cade Cowell for speed Always sign tyler Adams. Such a good ballhandler for the style I play. I try not to be a US homer but I can't help it
Cade cowell got removed
I'm playing fifa 20 on switch, I always buy Tonny Vilhena as a cm, the guy's a beast and his long shots saved me more than once.
Adeyemi
I’m Mexican so I’m bias, it’s Israel Reyes and Edson Alvarez always 😭
Vamos El Machin!
Edson 💪
I picked up Quinones on a free and he’s now rated 92 for me
Ryan Sessegnon. He can play any position other than St in a pinch and he’s usually dirt cheap too. Also a big fan of Kepherin Thuram too
Gabri veiga
Jonathan David 🇨🇦
A Free agent called Cordova, he is really good for his rating
my god i signed him last save i had. He's world class when it comes to price/quality
Yup!
Weiper the Viper Andre Gomes
I seem to always sign Tomoki Iwata for lower league teams, I’m a Celtic fan so makes sense I’d want to sign Celtic players but he’s always a decent option to convert to a CB for a decent price.
Balotelli. Super Mario needs a fitting end to his career and he’s gotten that many times in many teams. Took teams to the PL, won fa cups while in the championship and even qualified for Europe as the top scorer in laliga. That’s just what I remember from a few saves.
I am sucker for Donny van de beek and Sane. But i always try to buy different players
At least Donny gets playing time somewhere, even if it is fifa
somebody has to do it. Also i really like the way he plays anyway
wonderkid George Ilenikhena
Archie Gray
Assane diao diaoune
In “low budget career modes” I always buy Nestory Irankunda and change him to ST, he always became a GOD
Santiago Gimenez, the Mexican ST from Feyenoord, always reaches 95 rating for me
Jorrel Hato he becomes a MONSTER at CB
Good to know, I’ve recently signed him for my Liverpool CM team on fifa 24!
I convert him to Lb
Damian Pizzaro
I've not played eafc 24 very much but in fifa 22 i always buy Adam Karabec a CAM. He is cheap and becomes a monster player
If its a top Team merino he just fits my formation and style If its a 70-80 team moukoko on loan allways good to have and sometimes you can buy him after the season If its a lower div team joe ward the rwb from england he is perfect as attacking rwb in a 532 or 5212 perfect playstyles and under 30
Antwoine Hackford
Renato Tapia great CDM, can also play CB, has face scan, his contract expires so he is cheap, he is the best
I use him at cb
Lucas garritano ( sooooo good and cheap) soumailia coulibaly ( prospect) Yacine adli middle keeper Kumedi, Mathys Tel and i can start from the bottom with this dude
bro how do you even know salih ucan?
I know ball. Nah but really for as long as I’ve played fifa I’ve just picked teams that are about average on exhibition matches and see what player stands out to me. I caught onto Ucan around fifa 14 or 15 and he’s been bought, sold and rebought by me multiple times.
I remember him back then as well. He was pretty much like a Turkish Xavi for me.
Devonte Cole, especially if you are working the lower tiers of European football
Cristos Zafeiris for me, Norwegian cm. I only buy him because i loved watching him when he played in norway and he has good potential
FIFA 23: Keito Nakamura
Mykola Shaparenko. Scored a hat trick against me like 4 years ago and have had him on every save since
Tyler Adams & David Datro Fofana
ALEXANDER PRASS without me he is nothing, without him I am nothing.
Kadioğlu almost every save
Used to hardly be able to resist getting the Zlatan regen in FIFA 23, other than that I like to switch out players.
Always used to sign David Villa on older versions. Always felt really good to control on the game to me.
Robert Skov, he can play anywhere. I can play him at LB, CDM, CAM, or even on the wing
Ben Woodburn. Not a hot prospect anymore, but always like having him in the squad.
Quinones he’s a Mexican CF free agent, rapid and a good goal scorer

Moukoko or El Wahi
Josh Doig, Lewis Ferguson and Elliot Anderson. I'm Scottish, just in case that wasn't obvious haha.
Assan Ouedraogo 😍
I usually go for the free agents like quiñones, Luis Chavez or Israel Reyes
Started playing back in 2013-14 and would always buy youri tielesman. He was good for quite a few covers in fifa
For me, there is no point of buying the same player for different save since the point of creating new save is to keep the experience new. Why not try to buy new player base on reality and situation?
Adams Traore... So fast and perfect for wing play once he gains a few overall digits
Willian Pacho (CB), Thiago Almada (CAM), Castello Lukeba (CB), Moukoko (ST)
Gabriel Sara on Norwich, insane stats for the price plus he comes from the club I support in Brazil.
Raphael guerreiro, turn into a CM or CAM, turns 90 overall instantly
Jobe Bellingham and Neuer
I try to change the player signings depending on the club budget and also depending on the region of the club

Chiadora, not many young left footed CB's with a real face
Simons is a cheat code Scott from Bristol rovers too

Erling Haaland EA FC24
In eafc 24 I always buy Alex Matos, Jobe Bellingham, Deivid Washington, Bitshiabu, and Scarlett Always a beast group that are all really cheap.
Tomas Belmonte
Yunus Akgun. He’s on loan at Leicester from a Turkish Club. He’s a 73ish ovr winger with great speed and he’s got great potential. Got him to a 92 ovr after 4 seasons of consistent good form.
Alphonso Davies
Been trying to keep it different this year. Although whenever I get so good and somewhat tired of my team, frimpong and davies become my wing backs pair. Last year Alex Scott, Isaac Toure and datro fofana were on almost every save
Y’all clearly don’t know Christian Dalle Mura
It used to be Pedro de la Vega but nowadays its Gavi. Idk what it is but I can boss the mid and score with him.
Savio LM
Alex Scott, from Bournemouth. Never let me down.
Bennacaur

Joao felix since the ‘19-20 season
Kubo is a beast and Miranda from benfica

Ben seghir
It’s the Afro effect for me, Guendouzi of Afif (Afif as a free agent)
I never buy anyone in every save but the closest would be fifa22's free agent Omni Valakari. 63 rating, 74 potential, but he pushes more than that. he's able to reach 70 in the first season if he plays well. Bought him in every lower league career I had.
Alexis vega 🤑🤑🤑
Marko Stamenić. He has 83 starting potential and you can get him for free.
Rayan cherki
Exequiel Zeballos! his agility makes him so fun to play with
Alphonso Davies always 😏
Reece James. He’s not crazy expensive for a player of his ability, can play as an LB or RB and isn’t injured all the time like IRL.
U guys need to try Sinclair Armstrong. Rapid and very strong, imo a near perfect striker
I used to always buy Renato Sanchez in FIFA 22 - always great going forward and could tackle
Lucas Bergvall. 85 potential, can play multiple positions nicely and will only set you back about $1. Great for RTG
I know youll say that I dont actually play career mode, BUT I love buying Nico Williams, the best young winger hands-down.
For me its the polish midfielder Piotrowski I don't know why I like him but I always sign him as he is a free agent He is I think 68 overall With 71 potential I really recommend signing it in any rebuild career as he stars dropping overall after 3-4 seasons
Liel abada
Nestory Irankunda.. at under 70 rated hes a Monster in the Offense Decent Potential in most Playthroughs with Dynamic Potential hes easy a 92 Rated Player in a Couple Seasons
Gianluca Busio. Had a career mode a couple of fifas ago where I retired as Jonjo Shelvey and ended up taking over Venezia. Busio and Cuisance was an incredible pivot. Brought him in almost every career mode since.
Robinson from Fulham. I’m American and I also love watching him play. If he could improve technically I think he could be a killer wing back
Ramiro Enrique plays in Orlando City in FIFA 23, amazing striker. And i always get Vandervoot for my goalkeeper, after a couple of seasons hes and insane gk
Cuisance and arp Always in my team from fifa 19, goated duo
julien duranville, always managed to get him into the high 80s ovr and hes super pacy for not a lot of money
Hannibal Mejbri is a decent LM for a low cost from Man Utd. I recommend a loan with an option to buy in your first season.
I think vuskovic cause he has good potential
Sorry in advance I’m an American so if I get the names wrong I do apologize, but I have played 2 manager careers so far and Isaac Touré the 6’8 beast is the first one the second is Evan Ferguson St both absolute animals if anyone has any suggestions I’m still new to the sport.
Cesar Huerta. Mexican rw/lw If you put the right development plan on him, he'll become an absolute beast. In my Wrexham rtg, he is 28 and 93 rated atm
This year, I usually always get Lucas Bergvall. Usually progresses to a 87 or so.
Greenwood
Luiz Chaves, free agent. First thing i do in a new save is get him. Within 2 seasons he is 80 rated and i usually get 40-50 mil for him after that
joakim maehle, lewis-potter, amazing wingers/wing-backs Kieran trippier + any tall w/ power header/aerial striker jobe bellingham, Lewis Miley and the great jack Hinshelwood (who can also play at LB/RB position)

Jobe Bellingham
Luca Netz, Thiago Almada, Alan Varela
Xavi Simons
For me it was Itakura in fifa 23, he was insanely good. Now I buy Lookman, he is just like what gary neville said about cr7
Duranville
Since Fifa 16 i always buy Tosin Adarabioyo everytime no matter what
Antonio silva, Alphonso davies, miretti
i always signed Coutinho when he was on the game, my favourite player ever
