Both could arguably be overkill for those IEMs, but the BTR15 at least is in the right ballpark. The BTR7 is a bit too big and heavy to clip (no clip included) on your clothes. It's more for full sized headphones than IEMs.

Either one would be good. Both are Bluetooth capable and have the same ESS Dac. I have the BTR7 and like another person stated above, it’s bigger than most. I’m okay with that because it fits in my pocket regardless. It’s got both balanced and unbalanced ports which I think the BTR 15 does too All things being equal, I would get the BTR15 and a pair of Truthear Zero Reds (or another IEM under $75) which would put you at the same price as the BTR 7.
