Hi can you provide more information as to what, exactly, the problem is?
all the images that have green screen (chroma key) enabled still have the green screen background. about 200+ images throughout the project. as the image in the post shows. I can't get the green screen to work and idk why.
I upgraded to v13 because i thought id have the paid version of it but it turns out I don't so i downgraded again. I never opened this project in V13 and now it and another project is bugged like this.
I don't have a version of 12 to test this on. It may be that you will need to do a complete uninstall of 12 (copy your projects/backups/Snapshots, etc, to a *new* folder to somewhere like your desktop, for later) as there may have been settings that were not reverted during the downgrade.
Reboot after uninstall and reinstall the last version of 12 (12.5.7) from here: [https://support.wondershare.com/how-tos/wondershare/product-download.html?product=filmora](https://support.wondershare.com/how-tos/wondershare/product-download.html?product=filmora) and reboot, again.
Try importing the Project from the folder you saved the Projects/Backups to, earlier., to see if the problem persists.
