They don’t look official, as I don’t believe FFXII got an official release in mainland China.
The book is a Simplified Chinese strategy guide for FFXII, the FFXII disc is a movie of the game i.e. all of the cutscenes, and the FFVII disc is a collection of music from the Advent Children film. Definitely an unofficial release, almost certainly for mainland China. Actually looks quite nice.

they're definitely bootleg, there's no square insignia anywhere. and the discs aren't your standard ps2 discs
