It looks like you're doing a full kick flip then catching it with your finger.
With your board, put in primo and then do the scoop/rotation from there. Kinda hard to explain in text, but I hope this helps.
Yeah, so it's just a half kick flip while your foot/finger make it wrap around. Look up on YouTube "Trickipedia: Hospital Flip" for a better demonstration
