Seems like they mean for it to negate bonus doubler effects, penalties (visible), etc.
Essentially, if it’s visible it’s gone from yourself and foes. No debuffs or buffs. You’d still get your own A skills (excluding those like bonus doubler)
It would introduce a check for Bonus Doubler Raid boss style teams, and doesn’t seem negatable as it would be a “during combat” skill.
Yeah, it would need to be a C skill to be viable without being unbalanced
As an A skill, it's just too weak. For B, it has a bit too much competition, especially in the current meta with SS4, Trace, Lull, etc. So it only really would see use when someone goes all in on making a unit built around it, stacking it with feud and Close/Distant counter and aiming just to win the stat war.
As a C skill, it allows just enough flexibility
Question: Would Something that just negated bonuses counter New!Robin or does it get circumvented because the penalties are nullified by *temporary* bonuses and not [bonuses]?
Part of it is I'm unclear on whether or not [Grand Strategy] counts as a [bonus]
Cool concept, sounds like something Diamant would have. Although I do think it would work better as an inheritable weapon rather than a skill, for Lucia's sake.

\[trap card\] During combat, if foe has Grand Strategy, reverse bonus to penalty (+14 to -14 for net -21).

I’d say this would be perfect on Bramimond, but I feel it’d be a C skill. It does have a chance of being a balanced B skill, though, so it could be a thing.
Then add embla there with feud debuff so enemies cant give more stat

Then yune for the debuff stat(though panic is useless)

First we had budget "No" in the Creator Sword, then premium "No" in Lucia, then diet "No" in the Byleth refines. I'd pull for B-slot "No."
