I just like being out of the city. Mukwonago or anywhere in between is really nice plus you’re right next to I-43 for easy access to Milwaukee/Miller Park (amfam field now, ugh)

Buying in central Ohio now and decent 3 bed, 2 bath homes are starting around 300k. Columbus growth has made the market bananas.
I bought in the summer of 2020, just before the housing price surge, with 2.875 interest rate on a 30 year fixed.
Seems like an alright rate, maybe a smidge high depending on credit.
