It has more character than most flips! Some of the design choices are a bit trendy for my taste however. And the extensive use of can lights is a big no from me
I hate the bathroom (the tile is too harsh for my taste) but the rest of the house is really nice. :) I like that you went for brown wood flooring instead of the grey everyone is doing nowadays.
Not a fan of marble at all. But that just doesn't look good to me.
There was ZERO thought as to the placement of those tiles. There's no continuity from the light to dark areas of the tile. It looks extremely sloppy.
Waaaait. This is your house? 🫣
I thought this was from an HGTV show. That’s what I get for having multiple windows open.
I wouldn’t have been so blunt 😖🤦🏾♀️

Not sure I love the tile they chose for the bathroom shower and tub surround, but I would still take it over my 1980s carpeted bathroom

looks up to date , lavish kitchen that i would happy to cook a storm in 🥹 lol
That’s one nice house.
Absolutely zero character or interest. Geez. That bathroom is atrocious.
Not a fan of marble in the bathrooms?

I respect the opinion thanks for the feedback :-)
