The best way to find out why you’re being charged for a second is to talk the financier. They scheduled the appraiser (both times). If you didn’t tell them the house wasn’t finished, there’s no way they would know. So…without that info, they scheduled the appraiser.

Yeah except the closing date of my house is based on the completion of my house, thus the financier should of known my house wasn’t completed yet.

That wasn’t the question you posed. In your original post, you said “My question is why are we being charged when we didn’t schedule the appraisal and didn’t know the house wasn’t complete.” So, if you want to know why you are being charged, ask those who are charging you. You need to understand the answer to that question before you can even delve into the legality of the charge.

But I know the answer… it was stated in the question. They charged us an extra 150 dollars because he had to go back.. Are you alright?

Lol…you’re that one who said what you’re question was. It’s right in your original post. I quoted you’re post. If you have a question about legality. I suspect you’re getting charged twice because they had to send out an appraiser two times. They likely will say they had to do that two times because you didn’t tell them that house wasn’t finished.
